(also, check out her blogger blog!)the words are muddled so you HAVE to read closely. i "stumbled" over the image at Kittredge Cherry's Jesus in Love Blog. (check it out!) i hope to get a poster of this piece to hang in my church's fellowship hall. i'd be tempted to nail it to some folks' foreheads. *sigh* i'm not a good Quaker, i can admit it. the text reads:
grace is a bit queer
the gays get it
the straights don’t deserve it
the bad need it
the good are expected to give it
the poor, the homeless
the helpless, the meek,
the humble
are loved by the laws of grace
pretty excited to find out that Patrick Cheng has a new book coming out: From Sin to Amazing Grace: Discovering the Queer Christ
