i aspire to an apolitical blog presence BUT i'm sort of still reeling from Missouri's Rep. Todd Akin's using a word like "legitimate" when talking about rape.[legitimacy of an action implies a justification for it] and well, his views are not really so distant from other members of his party. at the end of the day, that's some scary shit. so to those whose personal misfortune is to be a Republican, i can only ask, "What the fuck is wrong with you people?!?!?!?!?!"
